An eighth food bank managed by the PACTE association opened its doors in Asnières-sur-Seine on Friday 18 December 2009. This second opening in Hauts-de-Seine was made possible thanks to the support of the Carrefour International Foundation and the local social welfare centre of the Asnières town hall.
